High-tech honeycomb sandwich panels are an integral part of our core product portfolio. These products exhibit exceptional rigidity relative to their weight. The panels can be made with glass, Kevlar, or carbon fiber facings, and we can assist in selecting the appropriate material based on the application.
Honeycomb core materials are available in Nomex and aluminum (most commonly alloy 3003) versions. The size and thickness of the panels can be customized flexibly according to the customer’s specific requirements and specifications.
The material options for face sheets cover a wide range, depending on the application. From commonly used glass fiber or carbon fiber sandwich panels to Kevlar or eco-friendly flax fiber solutions, we can manufacture the desired structure in almost any configuration.
